Fara Party Design en Martha Stewart Dreamers into Doers

This is super excited for me! One of my photos of the Vintage PARIS Collection photo shooting is in the Home page of Dreamers into Doers of Martha Stewart !! Yey! As you may know this is a community of great women, which make great things. All are different and talented in different ways, but with a common accomplishment, we all make our DREAM a reality! All of us are Doers, which is not an easy thing (believe me I know it for experience). Is hard to start to know who you are and become who you dream. I have been searching for myself almost thirty years, but after wanting to be a lawyer, a chef, a fashion designer or maybe a writer and after becoming an industrial engineer and a mother (the greatest challenge of all), I have finally found myself behind a curtain where I never thought I will be, but that I have always love to be. Giving joy to others and making every little detail counts so people can enjoy the celebrations of life. It may sounds silly and without sense, (I can't get out of my head Winona Ryder in a Friends TV show episode when she says: "I wanted to do something were I can really help people and make a difference... I am party planner", and we all get a great laugh). Well I am a party stylist, that is even silliest, but beside what people think, I enjoy it very much and make me very happy. I can work from my home, where I can be the greatest mom I could be and at same time I accomplish something for myself. Thanks to all the people that have help me and believe in me (even before I believe in myself). Many thanks to my great husband which have been so supportive even in the darker hours and to my two kids, which have been very patience in this new phase in which mom have to work and all her time is not for them. I feel very lucky! I am sure this is a great beginning of a great career!

Lunes de Ideas- Cuarto de una Princesa Real

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes las fotos de la remodelación del cuarto de mi hija. De hecho, no tenía planificado remodelarlo, simplemente fue algo que pasó. Les explico, hace un tiempo he estado en la incertidumbre de que hacer con el cuarto de mi niña, ya que no se ha arreglado nunca desde que ella nació. Ya ella está bastante grande y cree que es hora que haya un cambio en su cuarto, yo, su madre, por el contrario no estoy del todo lista, pues me aterra la idea de darme cuenta que mi bebé ya no es tan bebé. Pero la realidad es que hace tiempo ella me está pidiendo un cambio y yo no le presté la atencióm adecuada al asunto. Sin embargo,la vida tiene una forma misteriosa de hacer que las cosas funcionen y parece que las oraciones de mi hija fueron escuchadas, porque repentinamente un "ángel" llegó desde New Jersey y cumplió los deseos de mi hija en menos de una semana. Para hacer la historia corta, les cuento que nosotros  tenemos unos vecinos temporeros, quienes viven entre New Jersey y Puerto Rico. Siempre vienen cuando más los necesitamos y nos brinda apoyo y una gran compañía. Siempre estamos ansiosos por verlos nuevamente y mis hijos los adoran. El otro día le decía a mi esposo que ellos son como la Felicidad que viene y va y nunca sabes cuando volverá a tu vida. Esta vez vinieron para hacer realidad el deseo de mi pequeña princesa. 

Así que aquí les muestro las fotos de cómo quedó el cuarto, espero a ustedes les guste tanto como a nosotros. Estamos realmente agradecidos de tener personas tan especiales que completan nuestra vida. Muchísimas gracias Alicia y Chris, los queremos enormemente.

Today I am going to share with you the photos of my daughter's new bedroom. I wasn't planning to remodel, it just happen. You see.. I have been struggling for a time now on how to redecorate my baby girl room, because it was almost the same since she was a baby and she was ready to move on, the mother (me) not so much (I hate to accept that she is a little girl now, not a baby anymore). But the truth is with all the things that are going on in my life, I didn't pay much attention to her room. But I didn't have to, her prayers were listen an angel come from New Jersey and redecorate her room in less of a week. To make my story short, we have temporary neighbors who live some time in New Jersey and other here. They always come to us when we need them the most and give us support and great company. We are always anxious to see them again and our kids love them too. I was telling to my husband the other day, that they are like joy, which always comes and go and you don't know when but always return to your life. This time they come to make my little princess wish come true.

These are the photos of my daughter's room, I hope you like it as much as we do. We are truly thankful for all the great persons that complete our lives. Thank you so much Alicia and Chris, we love you deeply.
