Tutorial- Pizarra editable para planificar los menú de la semana.

Hola a todos, como les dije anteriormente las meriendas Bento son mi nuevo proyecto y estoy disfrutando cada minuto. Soy una principiante de este tema y todo lo que conozco lo aprendí de Jill en Meet the Dubiens. La estado siguiendo por meses, pero hace una semana ella publicó una serie de escritos dedicados especialmente a consejos acerca de Bento. En esos escritos, ella explica como ella realiza las meriendas para sus hijos, sus materiales favoritos y otros excelentes consejos. Las publicaciones fueron perfectas para mi y salieron justo a tiempo para nuestro Regreso a clases. Ve a su blog para aprender más y a lo mejor tú también te inspires y comienzed a crear meriendas divertidas y saludables para tus niños.
Hacer estas meriendas no es tan difícil como parece, lo importante es tener los materiales correctos, los cuales tampoco son muy costosos en el internet, vayan a All things for Sale para que lo comprueben. Además es bien importante estar organizado y planificar de antemano. De esa manera tendrán todo lo que necesitan al momento de crear sus meriendas.
Hoy voy a compartir con ustedes una grandiosa manualidad que me ayudó muchísimo a organizarme. Es una tabla de menú que se puede borrar y que la puedes hacer tú mismo. Esta te ayudará a planificar de antemano las meriendas de tus niños de una semana. A mi me funcionó de maravilla esta semana pasada, ya que estaba organizada y preparada. Es perfecta para organizar las meriendas Bento, pero también puedes utilizarlo para meriendas regulares e inclusive sirve para planificar el menú de toda las semana para los niños, incluyendo desayunos y cenas. Además es amigable para el planeta, ya que tienes que imprimir una sola vez.

Hi everyone! Like I say early this week, Bento Lunches is my new project and I am enjoying every minute. I am a bento rookie and all I know about it learned it from Jill of Meet the Dubiens. I have been follow her for months but a week ago she made some great posts all about Bento tips. There she explains all about how she makes the lunches for her kids, her favorite supplies and some other great tips. The posts were perfect for me and just in time for our Back to School. Making Bento is not that hard as it looks, the important thing is to have the right supplies, which are not that expensive on the internet, go to All things for Sale and see what I am talking about. Also is very important to be organized and plan ahead. That way, you will have on hand everything you need to make your bento.

Today I am sharing with you a great craft that help me to get organized. This is a DIY Erasable Menu Board, which will help you to plan ahead your kid's lunches for a week. It worked beautifully for me this last week; I was organized and prepared.  It’s perfect for making Bento, but you can also use it for regular lunches or you can even plan your kid’s whole menu of the week, including breakfast and dinner. Also is earth friendly, because you only have to print once.
Here is how to make this great School Lunches Erasable Menu Board.


 You will need :(Necesitas:)

1.    A Photo 8x10 photo frame, without mat. (Marco de foto 8" x 10" sin plantilla)
2.    Scissors. (Tijeras)
3.    Erase Marker (I prefer the wet erase marker). (Marcador que se borre, yo prefiero el que borra mojado)
4.    About 3.5” long elastic band. (Alrededor de 3 y media pulgada de banda gruesa elástica)
5.    Our FREE PRINTABLE- School Lunches Menu Template. (English version or Spanish version) (Nuestro imprimible gratis en español o inglés.)

SUPER EASY STEP BY STEP Tutorial (Sencillo Tutorial de Paso a Paso)

1. Cut out the printable and put it aside. (Cortar el imprimible y poner a un lado.)

2. Fold the elastic band on half and put in on the frame half in front of the glass and the end of it on the back. (Dobla por la mitad la banda elástica y colócala en el marco, la mitad doblado al frente del cristal y lo otro en la parte de atrás.)

3. Place the printable on the frame and put the remain elastic band on the back of the paper or card stock. If you carefully turn it, it should look like the photo on the right.
(Colóca el imprimible en el marco y recuerda poner el resto de la banda elástica detrás del papel or el papel cartón para evitar que se vea. Si lo voltéa cuidadosamente se debe ver como en la foto de la derecha.)

4. Close the frame and secure it. Make sure it's tightly secure. (Cierra el marco y asegúrelo. Es importante que lo asegure bien.)

 5. And there you go! Now, start to write on your glass!!! We recommend the wet erase marker for this case, but you can also use the dry erase if you want. (Ahí lo tiene! Ahora puede comenzar a escribir en el cristal. Le recomendamos un marcador que borra en mojado en este caso, pero también puede utilizar uno que borre en seco.)

Lo genial es que ahora puede borrar su menú todas las semanas y comenzar denuevo. Evitamos el exceso de materiales a imprimir y de basura, mientras hicimos algo hermoso y conveniente.
