Fara! What a beautiful blog and so nice to meet you! I wish I read this a few days before Valentine's Day. I will have to post a pic of my daughter's first birthday cake that I made. It was my first cake ever and a disaster! LOL. Marshmallow fondant was easy and not easy to work with for a rookie.
